The adhesive used in this 50U holographic PP plain label material is a hotmelt rubber base that provides strong and reliable adhesion to a variety of surfaces. It offers an initial adhesion of 14N/25mm, ensuring a solid bond to different substrates, while the peel adhesion after 20 minutes on steel at 180° is 16N/25mm, and at 90° it remains at 8N/25mm.

The 50U holographic PP plain label is a versatile and visually striking label material designed for high-performance applications. Product Application
The product has certain tear resistance, dimensional stability and chemical corrosion resistance, and is suitable for making various labels.

Converting
The surface has been treated with a special coating, which can meet various printing methods. It is recommended to die-cut with a high-hardness tool, and at the same time avoid label overflow due to excessive winding tension. Provides excellent stiffness and clarity, good printability and die-cutting properties, excellent chemical and UV resistance.
